FAQ
Where are you based and do you travel?
I'm Mount Airy based in North Carolina and yes I love to travel! If you want me to photograph your story, it will require a travel fee, depending on where it takes place. But no worries, I always try to find the cheapest way to come.
I don't see exactly what I am looking for?
No problem! I can adjust any package accordingly, please head to the contact me section and fill out the form. I will be happy to answer any questions or provide any information needed. I look forward to hearing from you!
When will we get our photos?
Your will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within
2 weeks, sometimes less depending on the season I photograph your story. Weddings are about 6 to 8 weeks. You will be able to view the whole gallery and select which photos you would like to purchase (if any extra) and download. You can download all the photos from the gallery but also share them, choose your favorites, and also order prints!
How many pictures will we receive?
That will depend on what kind of session we had. Most amounts are listed in the descriptions.
How do I reserve a spot with you?
Contact me for availability and to discuss any details. Dates are not considered booked until the contract is signed and the 50% non-refundable retainer is paid.
What happens if I need to cancel?
Excluding weather, I offer a one-time courtesy cancellation offer. If for any reason, weather withstanding, you need to reschedule, we can do so. Availability for rebooking dates is not guaranteed, though I will do my best to accommodate you and/or your family!
This policy does not cover no-shows. A no-show will forfeit the retainer and will void the cancellation clause.
This does not cover any special events such as holidays. In those cases, I will most likely NOT be able to reschedule!
